I have a 2 bedroom duplex. One bedroom is occupied by a female at her early thirties. She is a great tenant, friendly, hard worker and home 3 days a week at the most. I am looking for one more tenant to occupy another bedroom, long or short term. Basically, it will be you and her. The house is furnished and you only need your luggage :) It is very central;10 minutes walk to Cleveland train and 3 minutes walk to Woolies.
